The Challenge

When Ian moved from London to Tunbridge Wells, he had to rethink the marketing for his bespoke carpentry business . Relocation meant:

Captions explained how an experienced carpenter working on bespoke cabinetry solves real problems such as awkward spaces and lack of storage, by creating unique furniture that’s not available on the High Street

3. Hyper-Local Visibility

Strategic sharing of posts into Tunbridge Wells Facebook Groups and the ‘Nextdoor’ app dramatically increased local reach. This placed Custom Cabinetry directly in front of homeowners within the immediate catchment area, with the feel of a personal recommendation.

Consistency was key. Posting regularly built familiarity, credibility and trust.
