A new crane hire business, Steel Beam Lifter, asked Smartist to run their social media with the main aim being to generate leads. In 3 months, after an affordable ad campaign running alongside organic posts, they had 1 or 2 calls per day from builders. This has resulted in booked jobs, increased website traffic & repeat custom.
A carpenter quickly grew his business from booking 3 weeks ahead to a full order book for 5 months. Custom Cabinetry were delighted to have jobs quickly booked in that amounting to over £35k. Interest was generated with creative organic social media using product and lifestyle posts plus creative use of local Facebook groups as well as the Next Door app.

After working with Smartist, their online 'Reputation' score ranked the agency as exceeding the industry average by a considerable margin: 810 v 357 - a score based on factors such as online visibility and engagement. We were responsible for the whole social media campaign for Firefly Properties in the run up to launch and the buyer said he had only attended the launch after seeing it on Facebook. Creative social media content using video and photography taken around the village and at the new homes captured the imagination of an audience thinking of moving home and were the driver for success.
When Covid decimated the professional baking business, Cake Craft World (owned by Dr Oetker) had to pivot the focus of their marketing from professional cake decorators to home bakers. We designed and published social media campaigns to promote home baking products and online visibility soared. One post for 'At home baking boxes' gained organic reach of 4.7k. Smartist also initiated influencer marketing at the company engaging YouTubers 'Cakes By Linz' (600k followers) and 'Mr Baker's Cakes' (9k followers) adding to reputation and sales.

Creating posts that were compassionate, reassuring and with a clear plan for managing home visits safely. Industry experts Kerfuffle and Starberry used campaign graphics designed by Smartist as examples of 'Best In Class' in a property industry podcast. The social media response kept a strong online presence throughout the pandemic and placed this local agency ahead of the competition when businesses re-opened.
